THIS AGREEMENT
is entered
into by and between OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE MONTESSORI BILINGUAL SCHOOL
and the parent and /or legal guardian ("parent") whose signature
appears
below.
The parties
hereto accept
the following terms and conditions governing the child's enrollment at
the school.
1. The
parent agrees to enroll
his or her son/daughter, _________________________________ in the
(Child's name)
CASA
Program for the ________________________
school year.
2. The
parent/guardian agrees
to pay the enrollment fee upon registration of the child for the first
time.
3. The
parent agrees to pay
the tuition for the program in which his or her child is to be enrolled
in accordance with the announced rates and conditions.
<>4. Upon the
signing of this
Agreement, the parent agrees to pay the School two (1) month of tuition
in advance prior to commencement of classes in September. You may remit
post-dated cheques
dated for the first of the month from September to May of the following
year.
5.
After three (3) weeks in the program, if in any case, the child's
behavior prevents him/her from integrating into the program and/or
cannot interact normally with the other children, the parent(s) or
guardian will be asked to withdraw their child from the school.
