Please ensure that your child is picked up at the scheduled time. Late pick-ups are billed $3.50 per 10 minute timeframe.
Extended Care Punch Card
This punch card is purchased from the office for a fee of $90.00 for 20 punches. You will present this card at every occurrence of early arrival or late pick-up of your child. The staff on duty will punch your card and have you sign a form. Our policy is one punch per occurrence per child.
Our academic school year begins on the Tuesday after Labour Day for all students 2.5 to 5 years of age. This program ends on the second to last Friday of June. The academic program for preschoolers is closed during Christmas and March breaks. However, for children who require care during these periods, thematic camps are set up for a reasonable daily fee.
Our toddler classroom is open Monday – Friday throughout the entire year, with the exception of statutory holidays.
Required uniform for CASA students: Navy blue or white polo shirts with school logo to be purchased directly from the school. Navy blue skirts/pants, skorts, shorts or tunics to be purchased at parents’ own discretion.
Toddlers: No uniform.
Footwear: Running shoes are ideal. Open-toed sandals, flip flops and Crocs™ are not to be worn at any time.
NO JEANS, PLEASE.
Please, no toys from home should be brought to school.
We provide morning and afternoon snacks. Hot lunches are provided for our all-day program.
Should your child have a need to be administered medication while attending class at any time during the school year, you may print and fill out the Medication Authorization Form, or you may acquire it from any classroom and give it to the teacher upon his/her arrival on that day.
